For optimal results, use 30 minutes daily for 10 consecutive days and do not brush your teeth immediately before applying.
Using dry hands, open the pouch and remove the strip from the liner. Apply the adhesive side of the strip on front of teeth.
Align the smooth side of strip with your gum line and press firmly on your teeth. Fold the remainder of strip behind to anchor it in place.
To remove strips, hold each end between forefinger and thumb. Slowly pull strips away your teeth and rinse.
