    How to use

    1

    Remove aligners/retainers and rinse under tap water.

    2

    Place aligners/retainers into the cleaning tub and fill with enough warm water to immerse the aligners/retainers fully.

    3

    Add one packet of cleaning crystals. Gently shake/agitate for 20 seconds to dissolve and distribute crystals. Let stand for 15 minutes, or more if you prefer.

    4

    Gently shake/agitate again for 20 seconds. Rinse the aligners/retainers and cleaning tub thoroughly with warm water.

    5

    Store crystals in a cool, dry place.

Please note that, while the Invisalign Cleaning Crystals and bleach both include sodium components (which may be why the smell is similar), there is no bleach in the Cleaning Crystals formula. Following are the ingredients for the Invisalign Cleaning Crystals: sodium sulfate, sodium carbonate, sodium tripolyphosphate, sodium dichloroisocyanurate, and sodium lauryl sulfate. We do recommend giving the aligners/retainers a rinse and a light brushing once removed from the solution to help eliminate any residue.
