I find these munchies much better than the ones my dentist offers. The indents really give direction for the movement of my front teeth(they don't slip off when biting down). I just wish they didn't split apart so soon. I get about 2months before they split apart.

I really like the way these help get the aligners perfectly into place. I am just bummed that after a little over 6 months, both of mine have fallen apart. One is still sort of usable, but not in the way it was intended and the other I had to throw away because chunks of silicone would come off every time I used it.
